Meetings are usually held on the 1st Monday of every month.
Venue: Steyning Centre, Fletchers Croft – Time: 12.45 for 13.15
Prior to the meeting commencing members register their attendance then gather around the bar for informal chat about anything and everything.
The meeting starts with the President calling us to the dining tables, followed with a brief update on attendance, membership, introduction of the speaker and the raffle. There follows a 2 course lunch served at the table by friendly staff, ending with coffee/tea.
Committee members each give their reports on information related to the club. At this stage the speaker of the day gives his/her presentation lasting 30/40mins on subjects ranging from Flying Kites to A Policeman’s Lot with time for questions.
The meeting concludes with the President requesting all the members to toast Probus.
